1: The act of not doing what you are supposed to, instead dithering to waste your time as a deadline draws close.

1: To perform a ridiculous act, with a considerable chance of long term injury as a result. Can also be refered to as 'typical 'Oughts', when a stupid act is repeated, or is extremely predictable.

1: Being the contraction of "I ought to get more screen time from my parents", this slang term refers to the phenomenon where your parents always limit your screen time that you suddenly lose your "appetite" to binge-watch YouTube. Hence, it eventually "shapes" your habits of limiting your own screen time whilst paradoxically teaching children how to get more screen time from their parents.
